  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Transit Time

  • Shipping Origin: We ship all products from China.
  • Shipping Destination: Currently, we ship to the USA only.
  • Transit time: 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: 8-16 business days, depending on the customer's location.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.
  • There are no hidden charges or additional shipping fees.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within the estimated handling time, please contact us.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking number for updates.
  • External factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately to correct it before shipment.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are available within the same 30-day return period.
  • Products must be returned by mail in their original condition.
  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
