We ship our products from China to the USA. Our products are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.


4. What is the order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


5. What is your handling time?

Our handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!


6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Transit Time: Our typical transit time is 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday) after your order has been processed.
  • Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location, total delivery time can range from 8-16 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its journey to your door!

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the USA! Enjoy your shopping experience without worrying about extra shipping fees.


8. What is your return policy?

At Chicclos, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned products must be in new condition and returned via mail.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after receiving the returned item.

9. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We gladly accept exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your item, please return it to us, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.


10. How can I return my order?

To return your order, please email us at support@chicclos.com to initiate the return process. You will be provided with the return instructions and our return address. Remember, returns must be sent by mail, and the item must be in new condition.
